- USB 3.0 Datenkabel, Bedienungsanleitung

Systemanforderungen:

- Betriebssystem: Windows 7 oder höher; Mac OS X 10.4 oder höher

- Freier USB 3.0-Anschluss (oder USB 2.0)

- Internetverbindung (optional)

Verwendung und Inbetriebnahme

Dieses Laufwerk wurde zur Verwendung von Computern und Notebooks mit Windows oder Mac Betriebssystemen entwickelt und

erreicht die beste Leistung bei Verwendung über eine USB 3.0-Verbindung. Schließen Sie das USB 3.0 Datenkabel an dem externen

Laufwerk an und verbinden Sie es mit einem freien USB 3.0-Anschluss an Ihrem Computer. Das Betriebssystem ermittelt und

installiert automatisch den erforderlichen Treiber. Nach erfolgreicher Installation erhalten Sie eine Benachrichtigung Ihres

Betriebssystems und können das Laufwerk verwenden. Hinweis: Dieses Laufwerk ist zu USB 2.0 abwärtskompatibel und kann

somit mit sämtlichen USB-Anschlüssen verwendet werden. Beachten Sie jedoch, dass die Datentransferrate in Verbindung mit

einem USB 2.0-Anschluss deutlich geringer ist als bei einer USB 3.0-Verbindung. Die Verwendung des Laufwerks mit einem

anderen Gerät mit USB-Anschluss, kann möglicherweise zu Fehlfunktionen führen oder auch nicht zur Verwendung geeignet

sein. Bitte prüfen Sie hierzu die technischen Daten des Gerätes, das Sie mit dem Laufwerk verwenden möchten.

Tennen des Laufwerks von Ihrem Computer

Um das externe Laufwerk ordnungsgemäß von Ihrem Computer zu trennen, verwenden Sie bitte die Funktion zum sicheren

Entfernen von Hardware Ihres Betriebssystems. Hinweis: Das Missachten einer ordnungsgemäßen Trennung kann zu

Datenverlusten und Beschädigungen des Laufwerks führen!

Sicheres entfernen des externen Laufwerks (Windows Betriebssysteme): Klicken Sie zum Trennen des Laufwerks in der

Taskleiste auf das Symbol „Hardware sicher entfernen und Medium auswerfen“, suchen Sie das entsprechende Laufwerk und

bestätigen Sie Ihre Auswahl indem Sie auf „Auswerfen“ klicken. Das Betriebssystem trennt die Verbindung zum Laufwerk und

benachrichtig Sie darüber, dass das Laufwerk nun von dem USB-Anschluss getrennt werden kann.

Sicheres entfernen des externen Laufwerks (MAC Betriebssysteme): Klicken Sie zum Trennen des Laufwerks, mit der rechten

Maustaste, auf das Laufwerk-Symbol und wählen Sie „Auswerfen“. Alternativ können Sie das Laufwerk-Symbol in den Papierkorb

ziehen. Anschließend kann das Laufwerk vom USB-Anschluss getrennt werden.

I am unable to copy large files to my hard disk drive, why is that? Verified

It's possible that the hard disk drive uses the FAT32 file system. This limits the size of files to around 4GB but can cause problems with files from 2GB and up. To be able to use larger files, the hard disk drive needs to be formatted to a different file system, for example NTFS. Caution! When formatting the hard disk drive, all files on that drive will be lost!
