I've just received my JBL Go 2. It is shipped with no useful instructions. There is a section telling me not to take it apart, eat the batteries etc and a warranty section. The only thing that vaguely looks like instructions is a pitiful few pictures with arrows pointing to buttons. JBL are assuming a level of understanding that many users simply won't have.
