L.S. I have had a new bread maker since a month, the Inventum bm 125. I bake with ready-made bread mix multigrain (also used in my previous machine), but now my bread always collapses, I have tried everything but it remains the same. What else can I do about this, use the whole wheat bread program. Hope for a solution, kind regards Zwaan Witte.

Bought the bread maker today. Double bucket put in, the machine set up as the description indicates. Pressed start, the di with runs but the machine does nothing... the box is well pressed, small turning elements have been inserted. What am I doing wrong?

Some dough split over and blocked the machine. One baking pan does not mix while the other does, Is there someone who can tell me how to get a parts layout or at least in what way I can get technical assistance for the inventum BM 125
