I think this is a common issue as it is why I'm here also. IKEA do not stock it as a replacement part, not here in the UK anyway. My advice and what I'm doing is going on Facebook Market Place, there are several Svata beds for sale but not the individual part of its own. Some are going for 40 - 50 pounds/euros. You may have some luck there
