There is a small plastic key with lugs which is sold with it. It is used to unscrew the tip of the tap to clean it. If you no longer have it there is another solution. Put white vinegar in a glass. Put anything in the sink that serves as a wedge, cardboard, books or other, until you reach the height of the tap and put the glass of vinegar on these wedges, the end of the tap soaking in it.
