I have a feeling that there is a foreign body in the grinder where you put the beans in. Can not you disassemble the machine yourself to remove it? Atag CM4111 Followed 'Descale' as per instructions, process failed taking 5 mins not 30. Machine then instructed 'Ground too fine adjust mill & press hot water key', Both tried = no effect. Turning machine on later, was able to make a coffee(?). However 'Descale', 'Rinsing' and 'Hot water key' continue to result in no liquid flushing through. Have tried twice with same negative result. Reluctant to try again, to avoid further damage. Nothing else in 'Troubleshooter' gets close to issue. Help!
