Installer to meet your heating requirements. Care should be taken to

ensure the correct profile is selected that most suits your lifestyle. Details

We have moved into a flat which is five years old and already has this model installed. I cannot seem to get the temperature right - I have set it to warm from 6.00 in the morning until 22.00 in the evening when it is set to cool. However, for some reason the air still blasts out during the night - and it's not warm. Why would this be? And sometimes the two blue dots turn to just one and the heating goes off even though it's during the day hours.
