Bought it in the summer of 2021 and had it installed by a qualified electrician. It is in our summer house which we closed on Nov 22 when we emptied it and pulled the cord. Now when we get out to the cabin, the water heater is stone dead. Have checked fuses in the house and changed the cord but the problem is not there.
