I have a rx1 which appears to have died. No lights on and the thermostat is saying 'off'. Do I need a new one? Is there a reset?

I have a RX1 Danfoss unit, it has a CH1 button with light above it, and a Prog button with a light at the side of it. I am having trouble getting the hall thermostat to communicate with the Danfoss unit. When I press the CH1 button the heating comes on. but when I press the PROG button nothing happens, no light comes on and doesnt seem to be any communication with thermostat. should the PROG button light up when pressed?

Hi, when the program is set to start we only get a green light for a second then goes out but does not fire up the boiler this is a fault with the termostat or the RX1 unit?
