Hello, I found that my washing machine turns but does not cycle, I put a wash on it, collect the water, and turn a little, it blinks, turns the drum, stops and takes out the water, I removed the filter from the pump and cleaned it, and found nothing to block it. It may not rotate, why should it be necessary to change the start capacitor or change the motor brushes? Does this model of washing machine have a start capacitor? I would appreciate information, Thank you.
