I can connect 2 units to the receiver, but I can only hear the sound from one of the 2 units. What am I doing wrong? Should both units be on the same channel or should they each be on a separate channel? How do you ensure that the receiver receives sound from both rooms and indicates from which unit this comes? Hello, either you perform the pairing procedure with only 1 transmitter (permanent switch to 1 transmitter) or you disable the alert for the loss of connection (for the transmitter you do not want to use) within the menu of the receiver. The receiver will still switch the display from transmitter 1 to 2 and vice versa but that will not impair the function hope that helps
